Submitting this form is an offer, not acceptance. Please do not send, ship, purchase, or deliver anything until Kiona Foundation confirms acceptance in writing.
For accepted property, the Foundation acknowledges the description, not its value. Donors are responsible for valuation. The value of donated time or services is generally not deductible. Consult your tax adviser about your circumstances.
